“Let us not become weary in well doing, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9. “Great Efforts Bring Great Results” taught by Bishop Blake reminds me of this scripture. He talks about the thwarted perception of success in today’s society; the desire to be great without hard work and perseverance.
I’m reminded of the last year of every school, elementary, high school, college, and graduate school. For some reason the last year is the most difficult, as though the finish line is taunting. There is a quote that says, “The final mile is the hardest of any task.” However, there is good news. Growing weary is a good sign that you are tediously laboring. The Bible says, “In all labour, there is profit.” Proverbs 14:23A. Continue pressing because the Bible promises to reward your great efforts with great results.
