West Angeles Sings for Jackie Robinson Day

In a stadium decorated prominently to honor the memory of Jackie Robinson with jeweled bases and line up cars along with 42 logos on the pitching mound, dugout, near the foul pole and baselines stood West Angeles’ Mass Choir.  Magic Johnson, long term member of West Angeles and Dodgers’ partner invited our Mass Choir to sing the national anthem in the opening ceremony of the Dodgers vs Padres on Monday night’s game.

“Jackie’s impact on baseball, society and the lives of our children and our children’s children is unmatched,” said Dodgers partner Magic Johnson. “I’m humbled to celebrate a great Dodger and a better man.”
