Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, Los Angeles Police Commissioner John Mack, Los Angeles Sentinel Publisher Danny Bakewell, SEIU ULTCW President Laphonza Butler, Bishop Kenneth T. Ulmer of Faithful Central Bible Church, Rev. Cecil “Chip” Murray, Rev. James Lawson, and Advancement Project CEO Connie Rice all cited Greuel’s leadership, experience, and dedication to the people of Los Angeles.
